Woodford Green Extension

The existing 1930s property had a small dark narrow kitchen with very poor natural light. The living room was also dark and had no direct access to the rear garden.

We designed a new rear extension to create a large kitchen and family area with a dining table. Full width sliding doors and rooflights were positioned to flood the new extension with natural light. The ground floor was reconfigured to also create a guest WC on ground floor.
